We wanted to let you know that the hotel where our wedding will take place is now fully booked. If you were planning to stay at the hotel and have not yet secured your accommodation, we recommend booking a nearby hotel as soon as possible.

If you'd still like to join us for the wedding and don't have a room at the venue, you'll need to purchase a day pass to access the property and all the wedding festivities.

A wedding pass is required for access during the event hours. The cost is 2,199 Pesos (approximately $124.13 USD) per person. The hotel coordinator will be sending the folks that RSVP a link for the payment. The payment must be completed by September 15.

Please make sure we have your full name and phone number, as entry will only be granted to those on the list. Non-hotel guests must register at the security gate and provide a valid ID, which will be returned upon departure.

Guests will need to leave an open voucher as a guarantee in case they stay beyond the event time.

The wedding pass allows non-hotel guests to attend the event from 4 PM to 10 PM, with a 30-minute grace period after the event ends to leave the property. Additional charges will apply if the time limit is exceeded.

Queríamos informarles que el hotel donde se llevará a cabo nuestra boda ya está completamente reservado. Si planeaban quedarse en el hotel y aún no han asegurado su alojamiento, les recomendamos reservar en un hotel cercano lo antes posible.

Si aún desean acompañarnos en la boda y no tienen una habitación en el lugar, deberán adquirir un pase de día para acceder a la propiedad y a todas las festividades de la boda.
